Collin has never been really comfortable in water that is much deeper than a bathtub, but he has come so far this summer. Even after a week of swim lessons and the purchase of pool toys and inflatables he still wasn't real sure about the pool, until we got to Papa's house. There is nothing like daily practice to help a child become comfortable in the pool.
Collin is even helping to clean the pool while he plays.
After a quick scrub of the walls they are off! He is swimming, with some flotation assistance, all over the pool. I can hardly believe it. He is putting his face in the water, getting his hair wet and just having a great time.
Now, about the deep end.....
